It's time to sign up for the Patria Challenge Swin Bike Run 2024. This is the fourth edition of the Patria Challenge, which last year involved more than 330 co-workers united in a common purpose to promote health, wellbeing, fun, and a connection among the teams. Together we covered more than 14,100 kilometers!
We are delighted to have included cycling and swimming in this edition so that more colleagues can take part in the Challenge.

Are you ready?
The Challenge Rules
- Teams must walk, run cycle and/ or swin as many points as possible from May 11 - June 2
- You can practice the activity of your choice or as many as you wish
- The distances will be converted into points according to the scale in the table below :
- Inspired by the Olympic Games that take place this year, the metric reflects the distances covered in the Olympic Triathlon (1,5K Swim / 40K Bike. / 10K Run)
- The team with the highest score at the end of the challenge is the winner
- The overall result of each group will be the average result of each participant in that group, encouraging everyone to participate
- At least the equivalence of 1 point per activity must be covered
- A maximum of three hours of the overall physical activity per day is allowed
- Activities should be reported in the same day they are done. Late reports will not be considered
- Treadmills and exercise bikes are eligible for physical activity as long as a photo of the equipment panel is presented proving the distance covered
- For swimming exercises, swimmers will have to use a sports monitor for this end. For indoor activities the pace chart print screen must be presented proving the activity was performed
- We will perform random audits with the Team Captain, and the challenge may be canceled if non-compliance with the regulation is proven.
- Each team member must make one post with the hashtag #PatriaChallenge2024 and tag @patriainvestments on social network to validate the participation in the challenge.
- Team Captain will be responsible for reporting these results by June 2, sending print screens to daniele@clubefloow.com

- Teams must be composed of 5 to 10 members
- Choose a name for the team
- The Team Captain will represent the team in the Challenge, verifying the results and ensuring compliance with the regulations.
Prove your activity
- We will use the Strava app to record the results
- All participants must register on Strava and leave their social name as a nickname
- All members must join the Patria Challenge 2024 Strava Club by clicking here.
- Everyone will receive an invitation from the "MONITORA TREINOS" profile and must accept them as a follower so that they have access to the map of outdoor activities, pace charts and published photos
- Make sure your profile is as follows: Settings > Privacy Controls > Everyone. This way we will be able to track your activities and they will be visible on the challenge leaderboard
Post on social media to validate your results
- During the challenge, each team member must post with the hashtag #PatriaChallenge2024 and tag @patriainvestments on the social network (LinkedIn or Instagram)
- The team's score in the final ranking will only be validated if all members have completed at least one post throughout the challenge (May 11 - June 2).
- Team Captain will be responsible for reporting these results by June 2, sending print screens to daniele@clubefloow.com

Patria’s Collective Goal
- Based on the number of registrations, we will set a collective goal for Patria.
- Each member of the winning team will receive a Track & Field branded vest.
- Each team member will receive a Patria t-shirt and a cap/ visor to participate in the Challenge!
